Don't Be a Stranger in Your Own Town!
The City of Billings conducted a citizen survey earlier this year and the results show that most residents feel safe in their neighborhoods and think that Billings is a good place to live and to raise children. It also shows that the City could improve certain services and facilities and needs to boost the city government’s reputation. The survey provides some guidance, but in order to make the right choices about what and how to improve, City leaders needed additional input from you. The City Council hosted a series of Community Conversations and invited everyone to attend at least one of the sessions. The meetings were structured so that citizens had a lot of opportunity to talk among themselves and with City Councilmembers and other decision makers. The summary of those meetings is available for you to view.
