Effective March 1, 2010, the City Council Work Sessions scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month will be held on 2nd floor of the Police Facility, 220 N. 27th Street. The work sessions will be televised live by Community 7.

Reid Location: 1221 Wicks Lane Type of Incident: Robbery Case Number: 10-02002 On this date and time BPD officers responded to the 3 G’s in reference to an attempted robbery. Upon their arrival officers were told by the employee that a white male, in his 20’s, thin build approximately 5’ 7”, thin build and wearing a gray hoodie attempted to rob them. The suspect had entered the store and purchased an item. The suspect then brandished a hand gun and demanded the contents of the cash drawer. The clerk told the suspect he could not comply due to the fact the cash drawer was shut. The suspect left the store with out receiving the cash drawer’s contents.
