Overview
Section 27-1501
The City Zoning Commission shall consist of 5 citizen members appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation of the City Council. Terms of each member shall be for four years. It shall hold its meetings in the City Hall and the presence of three members shall constitute a quorum.

Its duties and powers shall be to recommend the boundaries of the various original districts and appropriate regulations to be enforced therein, and to hold public meetings and make recommendations to the City Council on all requests to amend, supplement change, modify or repeal the regulations, restrictions and boundaries in zoning districts.
